Installazione e Collegamento delle tubazioni all’unità interna

L’unità interna e l’unità esterna devono essere unite mediante tubazioni in rame (non fornite da Samsung) collegate con giunti a cartella. Le tubazioni utilizzate devono essere senza saldatura ed esclusivamente di tipo per refrigerazione(cioè di tipo Cu DHP, secondo EN 12375-1 oppure ISO 1337), sgrassate e disossidate, adatte per pressioni di funzionamento di almeno 4200 kPa e con pressione di scoppio non inferiore a 20700 kPa. I tubi in rame per termoidraulica non devono essere utilizzati per alcun motivo.

Gli attacchi sono due ed hanno diametri differenti:

•Quello di minor diametro è per la linea del liquido •Quello di maggior diametro è per la linea del gas

La procedura di collegamento alle linee frigorifere dipende dalla direzione nella quale avviene il collegamento:

• A destra (A)

 

 

• A sinistra (B)

 

 

• A destra, dal basso (C)

1.Aprire il foro a frattura prestabilita che si trova sulla parte posteriore dell’unità interna, a meno che il collegamento avvenga dal retro.

2.Eliminare le bave daI bordo del foro che è stato aperto.

3.Svitare e togliere i tappi di accecamento degli attacchi e collegare le linee frigorifere serrando i dadi delle cartelle dapprima a mano e poi con una chiave dinamometrica tarata per:

• Vedere quanto precisato alle pagg. 31 e 32 in caso sia necessario prolungare i collegamenti.

NOTA

4.Tagliare la schiuma isolante rimasta.

5.Se necessario, piegare gli attacchi per farli correre lungo la parte inferiore dell’unità intera. Farli poi passare attraverso il foro appropriato.

Gli attacchi non devono sporgere dal lato posteriore dell’unità interna.

Il raggio di tutte le curve impresse agli attacchi deve essere di almeno 100 mm.

6.Fare passare gli attacchi attraverso il foro che è stato praticato nella parete.

7.Vedere quanto precisato alle pagg. da 34 a 36 per ciò che riguarda il collegamento all’unità esterna e la messa in vuoto delle linee frigorifere.

NOTA

ATTENZIONE

•Il complesso delle linee frigorifere potrà essere isolato e fissato nelle posizioni prescelte solo dopo essere stato sottoposto alla ricerca delle fughe (per ulteriori dettagli in merito vedere a pag. 37).

•I dadi delle cartelle vanno serrati con le coppie indicate.

Serrandoli con coppie superiori si potrebbe provocare fessurazioni dei bicchierini della cartella che inficerebbero la tenuta dei giunti.

•I COLLEGAMENTI DELLE TUBAZIONI NON DEVONO ESSERE MURATI!

Tutti gli attacchi delle linee frigorifere devono risultare facilmente accessibili ed ispezionabili.
