Odstraňování problémů

Před požadavkem na servis zkontrolujte následující body.

 

 

PROBLÉM

ŘEŠENÍ

Nefunguje dálkové ovládání.

• Zkontrolujte baterie v dálkovém ovládání. Může být nutná výměna.

•Dálkové ovládání má dosah maximálně 6,1m.

•Vyjměte baterie a několik minut držte stisknuté nejméně jedno tlačítko dálkového ovládání, aby se vybil náboj ze zabudovaného mikroprocesoru. Vraťte baterie zpět na místo a znovu použijte dálkové ovládání.

Disk se nepřehraje.

• Zkontrolujte, zda potištěná strana disku směřuje nahoru.

 

• Zkontrolujte kód regionu disku Blu-ray/DVD.

 

Nezobrazí se nabídka disku.

• Zkontrolujte, že má disk nabídky disku.

 

 

 

Na obrazovce se objeví zpráva o zákazu.

• Tato zpráva se objeví, když je stisknuto neplatné tlačítko.

 

• Obsah disku Blu-ray/DVD nepodporuje vybranou funkci (např. úhly).

 

• Vybrali jste titul nebo kapitolu nebo čas přehrávání, které jsou mimo rozsah.

Režim přehrávání nesouhlasí s volbou v

• Některé funkce vybrané v nabídce nastavení nemusí fungovat, pokud

nabídce nastavení.

Nelze přepnout poměr stran obrazovky.

• Disky Blu-ray a DVD mají pevně stanovený poměr stran obrazu.

 

• Nejedná se o problém přístroje.

 

Chybí zvuk.

Zvukový výstup.

 

Obraz zamrzne.

• Pokud je výstup HDMI nastaven na rozlišení, které váš televizor nemůže

 

podporovat, nemusíte na televizoru vidět obraz.
