Inden du anmoder om service, bedes du kontrollere følgende.

LØSNING

Fjernbetjeningen virker ikke.

• Kontroller batterierne i fjernbetjeningen. De skal muligvis udskiftes.

•Anvend ikke fjernbetjeningen længere væk end 6,1 m.

•Udtag batterierne, og hold en eller flere knapper nede i flere minutter for helt at dræne mikroprocessoren i fjernbetjeningen, så den nulstilles. Sæt batterierne i igen, og forsøg at anvende fjernbetjeningen igen.

Disken afspilles ikke.

• Kontroller, at disken er indsat med mærkaten opad.

 

• Kontrollér Blu-ray-diskens/DVD'ens områdenummer.

Diskmenuen vises ikke.

• Kontroller, om disken har en diskmenu.

 

 

Forbudsindikatoren vises på skærmen.

• Dette meddelelse vises, hvis der trykkes på en ugyldig knap.

 

• Blu-ray-disken/DVD’ens software understøtter ikke funktionen (f.eks. vinkler).
