\\ Ha a csatlakoztatott TV nem támogatja a Filmkocka vagy a kiválasztott felbontást, az "Ha az „Igen“ gomb megnyomása után nem jelenik meg kép, várjon 15 másodpercet, hogy visszaálljon az előző felbontás.Szeretné megváltoztatni a felbontást?" üzenet jelenik meg. Ha a Igen pontot választja, a TV képernyő 15 másodpercre elsötétedik, és a felbontás automatikusan visszaáll a korábbi értékre.

\\ Ha a képernyő sötét marad a felbontás módosítása után, vegye ki a lemezeket, majd nyomja le és tartsa lenyomva a p gombot a készülék elején 5 másodpercig. A beállítások visszaállnak gyári alapértékre. Futtassa újra a Kezdeti beállítások eljárást. Ezután lépjen a Beállítások > Megjelen. > Felbontás pontra a Menüben, és válassza ki a megfelelő felbontást a TV- hez.

\\ A Kezdeti beállítások eljárás során válassza ki újra a nyelvet és a képarányt (képernyőméretet és formátumot). A visszaállítás nem befolyásolja a hálózati beállításokat, így a Hálózati beállítás és a Szoftverfrissítés kihagyható.

\\ Ha visszaállítja a készüléket gyári alapértékekre, a BD felhasználói adatok is törlődnek.

\\ A Blu-ray lemeznek rendelkeznie kell a 24 képkockás funkcióval a Filmkocka (24Fs) mód használatához.
