phone.Some problems requirethat you call y our service provider, but most of
theproblems you enc ounter are easy to correct yourself.

Error Messages

Insertcard
Thereis no SIM card in the phone.Insert a SIM card. See “The SIM Card” on
page5.
112 only
Ifthe message
112only
isdisplayed, you are within range of a network but you
arenot allowed t o use it. However, in an emergency, some operators allow
youto call the international emergen cy number 112.Se e “Making Emergency
Calls”on page 14.
Nonetwork
Thereis no network withi n range or the received signal is too weak. You have
tomove to g eta signal that is strong enough.
WrongPIN, Wrong PIN2
Youentered your PIN or PIN2 incorrectly.
Enterthe correc tP IN or PIN2, and press YES.
Matchingerror
Whenyou want t oc hange a security code (for example PIN) you have to con-
firmthe new co de by entering it again. The two codes that you have entered
donot match. Se e “The SIM Card Lock” on page 46.
