manship if it needs to be adapted, changed or adjusted to conform to

national or local technical or safety standards in force in any country other

This warranty shall not reimburse such adaptations, changes or adjust-

cable national legislation in force, nor the purchaser’s rights against the

dealer arising from the sales/purchase contract.

In the absence of applicable national legislation this warranty will be the pur-

chaser’s sole and exclusive remedy. Ericsson, its subsidiaries and distributors

shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of

any express or implied warranty relating to this product.
