Δεν μπορώ να συνδεθώ στο διακομιστή BD-LIVE.

• Δοκιμάστε αν είναι επιτυχημένη η σύνδεση δικτύου, χρησιμοποιώντας τη λειτουργία

 

κατάστασης δικτύου. (Ανατρέξτε στη σελίδα 17)

 

• Βεβαιωθείτε ότι μια συσκευή μνήμης USB είναι συνδεδεμένη στη συσκευή

 

αναπαραγωγής.

 

• Η συσκευή αποθήκευσης πρέπει να διαθέτει τουλάχιστον 1GB ελεύθερου χώρου, ώστε

 

να χωρέσουν τα δεδομένα της υπηρεσίας BD-LIVE.

• Ελέγξτε εάν η επιλογή Σύνδεση Διαδικτύου BD-LIVE έχει ρυθμιστεί σε Αποδοχή(όλων).

 

• Αν όλες οι παραπάνω λύσεις αποτύχουν, επικοινωνήστε με τον πάροχο περιεχομένου ή

 

ενημερώστε το υλικολογισμικό της συσκευής αναπαραγωγής στην τελευταία έκδοση.

Αν επικοινωνήσετε μαζί μας για να επισκευάσουμε τη συσκευή αναπαραγωγής σας, ενδέχεται να πληρώσετε μια χρέωση διαχείρισης αν συμβεί κάτι από τα εξής:

1.Ένας τεχνικός επισκεφτεί το σπίτι σας κατόπιν δικού σας αιτήματος και δεν υπάρχει ελάττωμα στο προϊόν.

2.Φέρετε τη μονάδα σε ένα κέντρο επισκευής και δεν υπάρχει ελάττωμα στο προϊόν.

Θα σας ενημερώσουμε σχετικά με το ποσό της χρέωσης διαχείρισης προτού επισκεφτούμε το σπίτι σας ή αρχίσουμε τυχόν εργασίες στη συσκευή αναπαραγωγής σας.
