Takuu ja osien vaihtaminen

Samsung myöntää tälle tuotteelle ostopäivästä lukien vuoden mittaisen takuun, joka kattaa materiaali-, suunnittelu- ja valmistusvirheistä johtuvat viat.*

Jos tuotteeseen ilmaantuu takuun aikana vika, vaikka sitä on käytetty ja huollettu normaalisti, palauta tuote jälleenmyyjälle, jolta se alunperin ostettiin, tai vie se valtuutettuun huoltopisteeseen. Samsungin ja sen nimittämän huoltoliikkeen korvausvastuu rajoittuu takuulla varustetun laitteen korjaamisesta ja/tai vaihtamisesta aiheutuviin kuluihin.

•Takuu koskee ainoastaan laitteen alkuperäistä ostajaa.

•Takuupalveluiden saamiseksi on esitettävä kuitti tai muu ostotodistus.

•Takuu ei ole voimassa, jos tuotteen sarjanumero, päivämäärä- tai tuotetunnus on poistettu tai jos tuotetta on käsitelty väärin, asennettu virheellisesti, muokattu tai huollettu valtuuttamattoman kolmannen osapuolen toimesta.

•Takuu ei koske käyttöiältään rajallisia kuluvia tuotteita, kuten akkuja ja muita varusteita.

•Samsung ei vastaa kuljetuksessa tapahtuneista vahingoista. Valtuuttamattomien osapuolten tekemät korjaustyöt mitätöivät Samsung-laitteen takuun.
