Garantija un detaļu nomaiņa

Samsung nodrošina viena gada garantiju no iegādes brīža un apstiprina, ka šajā izstrādājumā nav materiālu, konstrukcijas un apdares bojājumu.*

Ja normālas lietošanas un apkopes apstākļos garantijas perioda laikā tiek uzrādīti defekti, izstrādājums ir jānogādā izplatītājam, pie kura to iegādājāties, vai arī kvalificētā servisa centrā. Samsung un tā norādītā apkopes uzņēmuma saistības attiecas tikai uz garantijas laikā veiktajām remonta un/vai rezerves detaļu nomaiņas izmaksām.

•Garantija paredzēta tikai personai, kas iegādājusies šo izstrādājumu.

•Lai veiktu atbilstošu garantijas apkopi, ir nepieciešama čeka kopija vai kāds cits pirkumu apliecinošs dokuments.

•Garantija nav derīga, ja ir noņemts sērijas numurs, datu koda etiķete vai izstrādājuma etiķete, izstrādājums ir ticis pakļauts fiziskiem triecieniem, nepareizai uzstādīšanai vai tā remontu ir veikušas nepilnvarotas trešās puses.

•Garantija īpaši neattiecas uz sastāvdaļām, kurām ir ierobežots izmantošanas laiks, piemēram, uz akumulatoriem un citiem piederumiem.
