Elektriska anslutningar skall utföras via den anslutningsplatta som sitter bak på apparaten av en elektriker som ser till att anslutning av apparaten utförts enligt gällande monteringsinstruktioner och lokala bestämmelser.

Där apparaten inte är ansluten till strömförsörjningen med en kontakt, skall en omnipolär anordning (med ett kontaktavstånd på minst 3 mm) monteras på anslutningens strömförsörjningssida för att uppfylla säkerhetskraven.

 När strömmen är ansluten, initieras ugnens elektronik; detta neutraliserar belysningen under ett par sekunder. Elkabeln (H05 RR-F eller H05 VV-F, minst 1,5 m, 1,5~2,5 mm²) måste vara tillräckligt lång för att kunna anslutas till den inbyggda ugnen om den står på golvet framför enheten.

Öppna den bakre luckan på ugnens undersida (använd en plattbladig skruvmejsel) och skruva helt loss anslutningsskruven och kabelklämman före montering av ledningar i lämpliga terminaler.

Jordkabeln måste vara ansluten till () ugnens uttag.

Om ugnen är ansluten till strömtillförseln med en kontakt, måste denna vara åtkomlig då ugnen är färdigmonterad.
