Guida alla cottura

GRILL

L’elemento riscaldante del grill si trova sotto il soffitto del vano forno, ed entra in fun- zione quando si chiude lo sportello e la base rotante inizia a girare. La rotazione della base garantisce una cottura uniforme. Preriscaldando il grill per 4 minuti, gli alimenti acquisteranno rapidamente una superficie croccante e dorata.

Utensili idonei per il grill:

Utilizzare recipienti resistenti alle alte temperature, anche di metallo. Evitare qualsiasi tipo di plastica, perché potrebbe fondersi.

Alimenti idonei per il grill:

Polpette, salsicce, bistecche, hamburger, fette di pancetta, porzioni di pesce di piccolo spessore, sandwich e qualsiasi tipo di toast o tartine.

IMPORTANTE:

Quando si usa il grill come unica modalità di cottura, accertarsi che l’elemento riscal- dante sia in posizione orizzontale, parallelo al soffitto del forno e non in posizione verti- cale, parallelo alla parete di fondo. Ricordare inoltre che gli alimenti devono essere col- locati sulla griglia superiore, tranne nei casi particolari indicati in questa Guida di istruzioni.

MICROONDE +GRILL

Questo tipo di cottura combinata utilizza il calore irradiato dal grill e la velocità della cot- tura a microonde. La cottura combinata incomincia solo quando si chiude lo sportello e la base rotante inizia a girare. La rotazione della base garantisce una doratura uni- forme. Questo modello di forno prevede tre tipi di cottura combinata:

600 W + Grill, 450 W + Grill e 300 W + Grill.

Utensili idonei per la cottura combinata microonde + grill:

Utilizzare recipienti per microonde, resistenti alle alte temperature. Non usare utensili di metallo per la cottura combinata. Evitare qualsiasi tipo di plastica, perché potrebbe fondersi.

Alimenti idonei per la cottura combinata microonde + grill:

La modalità di cottura combinata microonde + grill può essere selezionata per riscal- dare tutti i cibi già cotti, per i quali si desidera una superficie croccante (p. es. timballi di pasta), o per cuocere cibi che devono formare rapidamente una doratura superficiale. Può essere utilizzata inoltre per cuocere porzioni di grosso spessore che una superficie croccante rende più appetitosi (p. es. pezzi di pollo, che devono essere girati a metà cottura). IMPORTANTE:

Quando si usa il grill come unica modalità di cottura, accertarsi che l’elemento riscal- dante sia in posizione orizzontale, parallelo al soffitto del forno e non in posizione verti- cale, parallelo alla parete di fondo. Ricordare inoltre che gli alimenti devono essere col- locati sulla griglia superiore, tranne nei casi particolari indicati in questa Guida di istruzioni. In alternativa, collocare gli alimenti direttamente sulla base rotante.

Per ottenere una bella doratura su tutta la superficie, girare gli alimenti a metà cottura.
