Klok gelijkzetten

 

De werking van uw magnetron

Uw combi magnetron heeft een ingebouwde klok. De weergave kan worden ingesteld op 12-uurs of 24-uurs aanduiding. U moet de klok gelijkzetten:

•Wanneer de combi magnetron in gebruik wordt genomen

•Na stroomuitval

✉Vergeet niet om aan het begin en einde van de zomertijd de klok gelijk te zetten.

2. Draai aan de draaiknop tijd/gewicht instelling ( ) om de uren in te stellen.

3.Druk op de knop.

4. Draai aan de draaiknop tijd/gewicht instelling ( ) om de minuten in te stellen.

5.Druk op de knop.

Microgolven zijn elektromagnetische golven met een hoge frequentie. De energie wordt door deze golven zo overgebracht dat het voedsel wordt verwarmd zonder dat het van vorm of kleur verandert. U kunt voedsel en dranken met uw combi magnetron:

•Ontdooien, (Handinstelling & Automatisch)

•Opwarmen

•Koken

Zo werkt uw magnetron

1.De magnetron produceert microgolven die door de beweging van het draaiplateau gelijkmatig op het voedsel kunnen inwerken.

2.Het voedsel neemt de microgolven op. De golven dringen ongeveer 2,5 centimeter in het voedsel

door. De warmte verspreidt zich vanzelf verder door het voedsel.

3.De bereidingstijd hangt af van de gebruikte schaal, bord, etc. en van de eigenschappen van het voedsel:

•Hoeveelheid en dichtheid

•Vochtgehalte

•Begintemperatuur (ingevroren, gekoeld, kamertemperatuur)

☛Aangezien dieper gelegen gedeelten van het voedsel alleen door het verspreiden van de warmte gaar worden, gaat het garen door nadat het voedsel uit de magnetron is gehaald (“nagaren”). Laat uw gerechten dan ook enige tijd staan, zoals aangegeven in recepten en in dit boekje, zodat:

•Het voedsel tot in het midden gelijkmatig gaar wordt

•Het voedsel door en door dezelfde temperatuur heeft
