Bei Mikrowellen handelt es sich um elektromagnetische Hochfrequenzwellen. Mit der abgegebenen Energie können Nahrungsmittel erhitzt oder aufgewärmt werden, wobei sich Konsistenz oder Farbe nicht ändert.

Die Mikrowelle kann für Folgendes verwendet werden:

3.Die Garzeiten variieren je nach verwendetem Behältnis und folgenden Nahrungsmitteleigenschaften:

Wichtig: Da das Innere der Nahrungsmittel durch die Wärmeausbreitung erhitzt wird, läuft der Erhitzungsvorgang auch nach der Entnahme aus dem Mikrowellenherd weiter.

Daher müssen die in den Rezepten und in dieser Bedienungsanleitung angegebenen Ruhezeiten eingehalten werden, um Folgendes sicherzustellen:

•Gleichmäßiger Garzustand der Nahrungsmittel

•Gleichmäßige Temperaturverteilung in den Nahrungsmitteln
