Jos tietokone, johon on yhdistetty kamera, lakkaa vastaamasta kun Windows käynnistetään.

Irrota tässä tapauksessa kamera tietokoneesta. Windows käynnistyy nyt oikein. Jos tama ongelma ilmenee jatkuvasti, poista Legacy USB Support -tuki käytöstä ja käynnistä tietokone uudelleen. Legacy USB Support -vaihtoehto on BIOS-asetusvalikossa. (BIOS-asetusvalikko vaihtelee tietokonevalmistajien mukaan. Joissakin BIOS-valikoissa ei ole Legacy USB Support -vaihtoehtoa.) Jos et voi tehdä valikkoon muutoksia, ota yhteys tietokoneen tai BIOSin valmistajaan.

Jos elokuvaleikettä ei voi poistaa, siirrettävää levyä ei voi ilmoittaa tai tiedoston siirtämisen aikana näkyviin tulee virheilmoitus.
