Using shooting modes

3 Press [Shutter] to start the timer. The timer counts down the time.

•The AF-assist light/timer lamp blinks. The camera will automatically capture a photo at the specified time.

Using the DUAL IS mode

Reduce camera shake and prevent blurred photos with Optical and Digital Image Stabilization functions.

Press [Shutter] to cancel the timer.

Using the Touch Shot mode

In Touch Shot mode, you can capture a photo with the touch of your finger.

1 On the Home screen, touch .

2 Touch a subject on the screen to capture the photo.

•When you shoot a self shot by making the screen flip up, the camera automatically takes a photo 3 seconds after adjusting the focus.
