Prima di rivolgersi a un centro di assistenza

Controllare quanto segue

La fotocamera non si accende

La capacità delle batterie è scarsa Inserire batterie nuove. (p.14)

Le batterie sono inserite non correttamente con polarità invertite. Inserire la batteria rispettando la polarità (+ / -).

L’alimentazione della fotocamera si interrompe durante l’utilizzo La batteria è esaurita

Inserire batterie nuove.

La fotocamera si spegne automaticamente Accendere di nuovo la fotocamera.

Se la temperatura scende al di sotto della temperatura minima di esercizio, la fotocamera smette di funzionare.

Per evitare pericolosi sbalzi termici, quando non la si utilizza conservare la batteria in un luogo caldo (ad es. nella tasca di una giacca) e inserirla nella fotocamera immediatamente prima di scattare.

La fotocamera non scatta nessuna foto quando si preme il pulsante dell’otturatore

La memoria non ha una sufficiente capacità

Eliminare i file d’immagine superflui La card di memoria non è stata formattata

Formattare la card di memoria (p.48) La card di memoria è esaurita

Inserire una nuova card di memoria La card di memoria è bloccata

La fotocamera è spenta
