Otázky a odpovČdi

Je-li pĜipojení pomocí rozhraní USB nefunkþní, prostudujte si následující informace.

PĜípad 1 Kabel USB není pĜipojen nebo se nejedná o kabel USB urþený pro tento fotoaparát.

PĜipojte dodaný kabel USB.

PĜípad 2 Poþítaþ nemĤže fotoaparát rozpoznat.

V nČkterých pĜípadech se fotoaparát ve Správci zaĜízení zobrazuje jako [Neznámé zaĜízení].

VypnČte fotoaparát, odpojte kabel USB, znovu jej pĜipojte a zapnČte fotoaparát.

PĜípad 3 BČhem pĜenosu souborĤ došlo k neoþekávané chybČ. VypnČte fotoaparát a znovu jej zapnČte. Opakujte pĜenos souboru.

PĜípad 4 PĜi použití rozboþovaþe USB

Není-li rozboþovaþ USB kompatibilní s poþítaþem, mĤže nastat problém s pĜipojením fotoaparátu k poþítaþi prostĜednictvím rozboþovaþe. Je-li to možné, pĜipojujte fotoaparát k poþítaþi pĜímo.

PĜípad 5 Jsou k poþítaþi pĜipojeny také jiné kabely USB? Fotoaparát nemusí správnČ fungovat, pokud je souþasnČ k poþítaþi pĜipojen i jiný kabel USB. V takovém pĜípadČ odpojte ostatní kabely USB a pĜipojte pouze fotoaparát.

zaĜízení), objeví se zde položky “Neznámé zaĜízení” nebo “Jiné zaĜízení” se žlutým otazníkem (?) nebo vykĜiþníkem (!).

Pravým tlaþítkem myši klepnČte na otazník (?) nebo vykĜiþník (!) a vyberte pĜíkaz “Odinstalovat”. Restartujte poþítaþ a znovu pĜipojte fotoaparát.

PĜípad 7 PĜi použití nČkterých antivirových programĤ (Norton Anti Virus, V3, apod.) nemusí poþítaþ rozpoznat fotoaparát jako vymČnitelný disk.

Zastavte þinnost antivirových programĤ a pĜipojte fotoaparát k poþítaþi. Podrobnosti naleznete v pokynech k antivirovým programĤm, kde jsou uvedeny informace o tom, jak doþasnČ zastavit jejich þinnost.

PĜípad 8 Fotoaparát je pĜipojen k portu USB poþítaþe, který je umístČn na pĜední stranČ poþítaþe.

Je-li fotoaparát pĜipojen k pĜednímu portu USB, nemusí jej poþítaþ správnČ rozpoznat. PĜipojte fotoaparát k portu USB umístČnému na zadní stranČ poþítaþe.
