Ce phénomène n’influe pas sur la qualité de l’image enregistrée ; il ne s’agit pas non plus d’un mauvais fonctionnement.

Une ligne verticale apparaît sur le LCD lors de la prise de photos

Scénario 1

Le câble USB n'est pas branché ou il ne s'agit pas du câble USB fourni.

Branchez le câble USB fourni.

Scénario 2

Votre PC ne reconnaît pas l’appareil photo.

Il se peut parfois que l’appareil photo apparaisse sous [Unknown Devices] dans le Gestionnaire de périphériques.

Eteignez l’appareil photo, retirez le câble USB, branchez de nouveau le câble USB et allumez l’appareil photo.

Scénario 3

Une erreur inopinée s’est produite au cours du transfert d’un fichier.

Eteignez puis allumez l’appareil photo. Transférez le fichier.

Connexion de l’appareil photo à l’aide d’un concentrateur USB

Si vous vous servez d’un concentrateur USB, vérifiez d’abord

que celui-ci est compatible avec votre PC pour vous éviter des problèmes de connexion. Chaque fois que cela est possible, connectez l’appareil directement au PC.
