Om histogram

Ett histogram är en graf som visar hur ljuset distribueras i bilden. Om histogrammet har en hög kurva till vänster är bilden underexponerad och visas mörk. En kurva till höger om grafen betyder att bilden är överexponerad och visas uttvättad. Höjden på kurvorna är relaterad till färginformationen. Ju mer en viss färg förekommer, desto större blir kurvan.
