Ställ in bländaröppningen på A-position medan du håller ner auto-lås-knappen (AE-L), när du använder en lins med en bländarring.

Om motivet är för ljusstarkt eller för mörkt kommer

slutarhastigheten att blinka i sökaren och på LCD-panelen. Om motivet är för ljusstarkt, sätt bländaröppningen till mindre

(dvs. till ett större nummer), och om för mörkt, öppna bländaröppningen mer (dvs. till ett mindre nummer). När väl blinkning upphör kan du ta bilden.

Använd ett ND (Neutral täthet)-filter om motivet är för ljusstarkt. Använd en blixt om det är för mörkt.
