•Когато цветовото пространство е зададено на Adobe RGB, името на файла се записва във формат "_SAMXXXX.JPG" след заснемане на снимката.

•Тази функция може да се зададе директно чрез натискане на бутона [Fn] в режим на снимане.

Входящите и изходящите устройства за изображения, като например цифрови фотоапарати, монитори и принтери, имат различен диапазон на пресъздаване на всеки цвят.

Това се определя от цветовото пространство за компютърните монитори и също така се използва като стандартно цветово пространство за Exif.

Adobe RGB е препоръчваното от Adobe Systems, Inc. цветово пространство за търговски печат и разполага с по-широк обхват от пресъздавани цветове отколкото sRGB. Adobe RGB покрива по-голямата част от цветовия обхват, така че цветовете, налични само при отпечатване, не се губят при редактиране на изображенията на компютър.
