Smeltning af smør

Anbring 50 g smør i en lille dyb glastallerken. Tildæk med et plastlåg.

Opvarmes i 30-40 sekunder ved 900 W, indtil smørret er smeltet.

Smeltning af chokolade

Anbring 100 g chokolade i en lille dyb glastallerken.

Opvarmes i 3-5 minutter ved 450 W, indtil chokoladen er smeltet.

Rør rundt én eller to gange under smeltningen. Brug ovnhandsker, når du tager maden ud!

Smeltning af krystalliseret honning

Anbring 20 g krystalliseret honning i en lille dyb glastallerken. Opvarmes i 20-30 sekunder ved 300 W, indtil honningen er smeltet.

Smeltning af husblas

Læg tørre husblasark (10 g) i koldt vand i 5 minutter.

Anbring husblas drænet for vand i en lille glaspyrexskål.

Opvarmes i 1 minut ved 300 W.

Omrør efter smeltning.

Tilberedning af glasur (til kager)

Bland hurtigglasur (ca. 14 g) med 40 g sukker og 250 ml koldt vand.

Tilbered utildækket i en glaspyrexskål i 3½ til 4½ minut ved 900 W, indtil glasuren er gennemsigtig.

Rør rundt to gange under tilberedning.

Tilberedning af syltetøj

Anbring 600 g frugt (f.eks. blandede bær) i en glaspyrexskål af egnet størrelse med låg.

Tilsæt 300 g konserveringssukker, og rør godt rundt. Tilberedes tildækket i 10-12 minutter ved 900 W. Rør rundt flere gange under tilberedningen.

Hæld direkte over i et lille syltetøjsglas med skruelåg. Hensættes uden på låg i 5 minutter.

Tilberedning af budding

Bland buddingepulver med sukker og mælk (500 ml) ved at følge producentens anvisninger, og rør godt rundt.

Brug en glaspyrexskål i passende størrelse med låg. Tilberedes tildækket i 6½ til 7½ minut ved 900 W. Rør godt rundt flere gange under tilberedningen.
