Tilberedningsguide for friske grøntsager

Anvend en egnet ildfast glasskål med låg. Tilsæt 30-45 ml koldt vand (2-3 spsk.) for hver 250 g, medmindre en anden mængde vand anbefales - se tabel. Fortsæt tilberedningen for at opnå det resultat, du gerne vil have. Rør rundt 1 gang under tilberedningen og 1 gang efter tilberedningen. Tilsæt salt, krydderier eller smør efter tilberedningen. Overdæk skålen i varmefordelingstiden på 3 minutter.

Tip: Skær friske grøntsager i lige store stykker. Jo mindre de skæres ud, jo hurtigere vil de koge.

Alle friske grøntsager bør tilberedes ved maksimal mikrobølge-effekt (850 W).

Ris: Anvend en stor ildfast glasskål med låg - ris udvider sig til det dobbelte under tilberedningen. Skal være overdækket under tilberedningen. Når tilberedningstiden er udløbet, rør da rundt i risene inden varmefordelingstiden og tilsæt salt eller krydderier og smør.

Bemærk: Risene har eventuelt ikke absorberet alt vandet, når tilberedningstiden er udløbet.

Pasta: Anvend en stor ildfast glasskål. Tilsæt kogende vand og en smule salt og rør godt rundt. Pastaen skal tilberedes uden at være overdækket. Rør nu og da rundt under og efter tilberedningen. Overdæk pastaen i varmefordelingstiden og hæld al væden fra bagefter.
