Stop an event alarm

If you set an alarm for a calendar event, the alarm will
sound at the specied time. To stop the alarm, tap and
hold Stop.

Create a task

In Menu mode, select

Task.
Select

Create.
Enter the details of the task.

Save.
To view events of a specic date,
In Menu mode, select

Calendar.
Select a date on the calendar.

In month view, days with scheduled events are
indicated by a small triangle.
To move to a specic day by entering a date manually,
select Go to, enter the date, and select Go to.
Select an event to view its details.

You can send the event to others by selecting •

Send via

an option.
You can print the event via Bluetooth by selecting •

Print via Bluetooth.
You can synchronize your calendar with an •
Exchange server after conguring sync settings.
