3.Enter the length of time to count down and select Done.

4.Select Play to begin the countdown.

5.When the timer expires, select OK to stop the alert.

Use the stopwatch

1.In Menu mode, select Stopwatch.

2.Select Start to begin and record lap times.

3.Select Lap to record lap times.

4.When you are finished, select Stop.

5.Select Reset to clear recorded times.

Create new tasks

1.In Menu mode, select Task.

2.Select Create.

3.Enter the details of the task and select Save.

Create new memos

1.In Menu mode, select Memo.

2.Select Create.

3.Enter your memo text and select Done.
