Tap Category in Work or Category in Life. Tap Menu > Edit.
Tap Start > Settings.
Assign categories to each mode
You can filter the data in the phonebook, call log, schedule, and message menus according to the categories you have assigned to each mode.

2 On the Basic Settings tab, tap General Settings > Data Filter.

5 Tap the check boxes next to the categories you want to assign to each mode.
6 When you are finished, tap Done.
