Από την προβολή εγγράφου, χρησιμοποιήστε τις εξής επιλογές:

●● Για να αποθηκεύσετε το έγγραφο με άλλο όνομα, επιλέξτε → Αποθήκευση ως.

●● Για εξαγωγή του εγγράφου ως αρχείου PDF, επιλέξτε → Εξαγωγή σε PDF.

●● Για αναζήτηση ή αντικατάσταση κειμένου, επιλέξτε → Εύρεση & Αντικατάσταση.

●● Για αλλαγή της διάταξης σελίδας, επιλέξτε → Διάταξη σελίδας.

●● Για προβολή του εγγράφου σε πλήρη οθόνη, επιλέξτε → Προβολή πλήρους πλάτους.

●● Για μεγέθυνση ή σμίκρυνση, τοποθετήστε δύο δάχτυλα στην οθόνη και απομακρύνετέ τα μεταξύ τους αργά ή πλησιάστε τα. Μπορείτε επίσης να επιλέξετε → Εστίαση.

●● Για να προσαρμόσετε το έγγραφο ώστε να χωρά στην οθόνη, επιλέξτε → Προσαρμογή κειμένου στη σελίδα.

●● Για να διαβάσετε το έγγραφο μέσω της λειτουργίας μετατροπής κειμένου σε ομιλία, επιλέξτε → Κείμενο σε ομιλία.

●● Για εκτύπωση του εγγράφου μέσω Wi-Fi ή USB, επιλέξτε → Εκτύπωση. Η συσκευή σας είναι συμβατή μόνο με ορισμένους εκτυπωτές Samsung.

Οι διαθέσιμες επιλογές μπορεί να διαφέρουν ανάλογα με τον τύπο εγγράφου.

Στη λίστα εφαρμογών, επιλέξτε Polaris Office 4.0. Επιλέξτε Clouds → μια υπηρεσία cloud.

Εισάγετε τη διεύθυνση email και τον κωδικό πρόσβασης για να αποκτήσετε πρόσβαση στο λογαριασμό σας και κατόπιν επιλέξτε Τέλος.

Εμφανίστε και διαχειριστείτε τα έγγραφά σας στο διακομιστή.
