Kalenterinäkymän vaihtaminen

1.Valitse valikkotilassa Toimisto → Kalenteri.

2.Valitse Valinnat → Muuta näkymää → näkymätyyppi.

Kalenteritapahtuman luominen

1.Valitse valikkotilassa Toimisto → Kalenteri.

2.Siirry haluamasi päivämäärän kohdalle ja valitse Valinnat → Uusi merkintä → tapahtumatyyppi.

Kalenterinäkymässä voit myös luoda kokouksen ja tehtäväluettelon valitsemalla ja .

3.Täytä kentät ja määritä tapahtuman asetukset.

4.Tallenna lopuksi merkintä valitsemalla Valmis.

Synkronointi-kenttään voit määrittää, onko tapahtuma Yksityinen (muut eivät näe sitä), Julkinen (kaikki, joilla on pääsy tietoihin synkronoinnin jälkeen, näkevät sen) vai

Ei mitään (ei synkronoitu).

Tapahtuman hälytyksen sammuttaminen

Jos määrität kalenteritapahtumalle hälytyksen, se kuuluu yhden minuutin ajan määrätyllä hetkellä. Voit sammuttaa hälytyksen valitsemalla Lopeta.
