Batteriet oplades ikke korrekt, eller telefonen slukker

•Batteripolerne kan være snavsede. Tør de to guldkontakter af med en ren, tør klud, og prøv at oplade batteriet igen.

•Hvis batteriet ikke længere kan oplades, skal det gamle batteri kasseres korrekt og udskiftes med et nyt (der henvises til de lokale forordninger for anvisninger for korrekt bortskaffelse).

Telefonen bliver varm

Når du bruger programmer, der kræver mere strøm, eller bruger programmer på din telefon i længere tid, kan telefonen føles varm. Dette er normalt og bør ikke påvirke telefonens levetid eller ydeevne.

Fejlmeddelelse vises, når du starter kameraet

Din mobiltelefon fra Samsung skal have nok tilgængelig hukommelse og strøm på batteriet til at betjene kamerafunktionen. Hvis du modtager fejlmeddelelser, når du starter kameraet, skal du prøve følgende:

•Oplad batteriet eller udskift det med et batteri, der er fuldt opladet.

•Frigør noget hukommelse ved at overføre filer til en computer eller slette filer fra din telefon.
