Πατήστε και επιλέξτε έναν τύπο εγγράφου.

Χρησιμοποιήστε τη γραμμή εργαλείων επεξεργασίας στο επάνω μέρος της οθόνης για να επεξεργαστείτε το έγγραφο.

Για να ολοκληρώσετε, πατήστε στο εικονίδιο του εγγράφου στην επάνω αριστερή πλευρά της οθόνης, πατήστε Αποθήκευση, εισαγάγετε ένα όνομα αρχείου, επιλέξτε έναν φάκελο για να το αποθηκεύσετε και στη συνέχεια πατήστε Αποθήκευση.

Για να αποθηκεύσετε το έγγραφο ως αρχείο PDF, πατήστε στο εικονίδιο του εγγράφου στο επάνω αριστερό μέρος της οθόνης, πατήστε Εξαγωγή PDF, εισαγάγετε ένα όνομα αρχείου και στη συνέχεια πατήστε Εξαγωγή.

Κατά την επεξεργασία εγγράφων, πατήστε και στη συνέχεια χρησιμοποιήστε μια από τις παρακάτω λειτουργίες:

•Μετάβαση σε λειτουργία προβολής: Προεπισκόπηση του εγγράφου.

•Σημείωση διαφάνειας: Εισαγωγή υπομνημάτων σε διαφάνειες.

•Εύρεση / Αντικατάσταση: Αναζήτηση ή αντικατάσταση κειμένου.

•Διάταξη σελίδας: Αλλαγή της διάταξης σελίδων.

•Μετατροπή οθόνης: Εφαρμογή κινούμενης εικόνας ή εφέ μετάβασης σε διαφάνειες.

•Προτιμήσεις: Αλλαγή των ρυθμίσεων λειτουργίας προβολής.

•Ανάγνωση όλων: Ανάγνωση του εγγράφου μέσω της λειτουργίας μετατροπής κειμένου σε ομιλία.

•Φίλτρο: Προβολή κελιών ταξινομημένων βάσει συγκεκριμένων κριτηρίων.

•Ταξινόμηση: Ταξινόμηση κελιών βάσει συγκεκριμένων κριτηρίων.

•Προστασία φύλλου: Κλείδωμα του υπολογιστικού φύλλου ώστε να μην μπορούν να το δουν άλλοι.

•Πάγωμα: Διατήρηση της επιλεγμένης σειράς στη θέση της.

•Επανάληψη υπολογισμού: Εκ νέου υπολογισμός των συναρτήσεων στο φύλλο.

•Αποτύπωση οθόνης: Αποτύπωση της επιλεγμένης περιοχής.
