Pour afficher les événements d'une date spécifique,

1 En mode Menu, appuyez sur Calendrier.

2 Sélectionnez une date dans le calendrier.

En affichage mensuel, les dates comportant des évènements programmés sont représentées par un petit triangle.

Pour atteindre directement un jour spécifique en saisissant sa date manuellement, appuyez sur Accès, saisissez la date et appuyez sur Accès.

3 Sélectionnez un événement pour afficher ses détails.

•Vous pouvez envoyer l'événement à d'autres personnes

en sélectionnant → Envoyer via → une option.

•Vous pouvez imprimer l'événement via Bluetooth en

sélectionnant → Imprimer via Bluetooth.

•Après avoir configuré les paramètres de synchronisation, vous pouvez synchroniser votre calendrier avec un serveur Exchange. ► p. 46

Si vous définissez une alarme pour un événement, elle sonnera

àl'heure spécifiée. Maintenez la touche Arrêter enfoncée pour éteindre l'alarme.
