Prilikom pokretanja kamere javlja se poruka o grešci

Za rukovanje aplikacijom kamere, vaš Samsung uređaj mora imati dostupno dovoljno memorijskog prostora i napajanja iz baterije. Ako prilikom pokretanja kamere primate poruku o grešci, pokušajte sljedeće:

•Napunite bateriju ili zamijenite bateriju s onom koja je napunjena.

•Oslobodite nešto memorijskog prostora prijenosom datoteka na računalo ili brisanjem datoteka s uređaja.

•Ponovo pokrenite uređaj. Ako i dalje imate problema s aplikacijom kamere, nakon što ste primijenili ove savjete, kontaktirajte Samsung servisni centar.

Prilikom pokretanja FM radija javlja se poruka o grešci

Aplikacija FM radija na vašem Samsung uređaju koristi kabel slušalice kao antenu. Bez spojenih slušalica, FM radio ne može primati signal radijskih postaja. Za korištenje FM radija, provjerite je li slušalica ispravno spojena. Nakon toga, pretražit će i pohraniti dostupne radijske postaje.

Ako i dalje ne možete koristiti FM radio, nakon što ste primijenili ove korake, pokušajte naći željenu radijsku postaju s drugim radijskim prijemnikom. Ako s drugim radijskim prijemnikom možete primati tu postaju, možda trebate uređaj odnijeti na servis. Kontaktirajte Samsung servisni centar.

•Provjerite podržava li vaš uređaj vrstu datoteke.
