Bluetooth es una tecnología de comunicaciones inalámbrica de corto alcance capaz de intercambiar información en una distancia de aproximadamente 10 metros sin necesitar una conexión física.

Con la tecnología Bluetooth, no es necesario alinear los dispositivos para transmitir información. Si los dispositivos se encuentran dentro del rango de alcance, podrá intercambiar información entre ellos aun si no están en la misma habitación.
