Сензорният екран отговаря бавно или неправилно

Ако Вашето устройство е със сензорен екран и той не реагира правилно при докосване, опитайте следното:

•Отстранете защитното покритие от сензорния екран. Защитното покритие може да попречи на устройството да реагира, затова то не се препоръчва за устройства със сензорен дисплей.

•Сензорният екран трябва да се докосва само с чисти и сухи ръце.

•Рестартирайте устройството си, за да изчистите всички временни софтуерни дефекти.

•Уверете се, че софтуерът на устройството Ви е последна версия.

•Ако сензорният дисплей е надраскан или повреден, занесете го в местния сервизен център на Samsung.

Устройството Ви блокира или показва фатални грешки

Ако Вашето устройство блокира, може да е необходимо да затворите програми или да рестартирате устройството, за да възвърнете функционалността му. Ако телефонът ви остане неактивен и не отговаря, натиснете и задръжте [] за 8 – 10 секунди. Телефонът автоматично ще се рестартира.
