Сензорният екран отговаря бавно или неправилно

Ако Вашето устройство е със сензорен екран и той не реагира правилно при докосване, опитайте следното:

Отстранете защитното покритие от сензорния екран. Защитното покритие може да попречи на устройството да реагира, затова то не се препоръчва за устройства със сензорен дисплей.

Сензорният екран трябва да се докосва само с чисти и сухи ръце.

Рестартирайте устройството си, за да изчистите всички временни софтуерни дефекти.

Потвърдете, че софтуерът на вашето устройство е надграден до последната версия.

Ако сензорният екран е надраскан или повреден, отнесете устройството в сервизен център на Samsung.

Устройството Ви блокира или показва фатални грешки

Ако Вашето устройство блокира, може да е необходимо да затворите програми или да рестартирате устройството, за да възвърнете функционалността му.
