Едно от преимуществата на RDS услугата е, че можете да откриете конкретна програма от предварително настроените канали, като посочите PTY кодове.

❑Преди да започнете!

•Функцията PTY Search (Търсене на тип програма) е приложима само за предварително настроени станции.

•За да спрете търсенето по всяко време в хода на процеса, натиснете 5 по време на търсене.

•За следните стъпки има ограничение по време. Ако настройката бъде отменена преди да завършите, започнете отново от стъпка 1.

•Когато натискате бутоните на основното дистанционно, уверете се, че сте избрали FM станцията чрез основното дистанционно.

1 . Натиснете бутона PTY SEARCH докато слушате FM станция.

2 . Натискайте бутона PTY- или PTY+, докато на дисплея се покаже желания от вас PTY код.

•Дисплеят ви показва PTY кодовете, описани вдясно.

3 . Натиснете отново PTY SEARCH, докато PTY кодът, избран в предишната стъпка, е още на дисплея.

•Централното устройство претърсва 15 предварително настроени FM станции, спира, когато намери избраната от вас, и настройва апарата на тази станция.
