Uporaba RDS-a (radijski datotečni sustav) za prijam FM postaja

RDS omogućuje FM postajama da uz redovite signale programa šalju dodatni signal. Na primjer, postaje šalju svoja imena i informacije o vrsti programa koji emitiraju, poput sporta, glazbe itd.

Kada je namještena neka FM postaja koja pruža RDS uslugu, na zaslonu se pali indikator RDS.

opis RDS funkcije

~PTY (vrsta programa): Prikazuje vrstu programa koja se trenutačno emitira

~PS NAME (naziv usluge programa) : Pokazuje ime postaje emitiranja i sastoji se od 8 znakova.

~RT (tekst na radiju) : Dekodira tekst koji emitira postaja (ako ga emitira) i sastoji se od najviše 64 znaka.

~CT (vrijeme na satu) : Dekodira stvarno vrijeme na satu s FM frekvencije.

~TA (obavijesti o prometu) : Kada ovaj simbol trepti, on pokazuje da su u tijeku obavijesti o prometu.

M ` RDS možda neće ispravno raditi ako namještena postaja ispravno ne odašilje RDS signal ili ako je signal slab.

`Neke postaje možda ne emitiraju informacije PTY, RT i CT, pa stoga ovo možda neće biti moguće u svim slučajevima.

Za prikaz RDS signala

RDS signale koje postaja šalje možete vidjeti na zaslonu.

Tijekom slušanja FM postaje pritisnite RDS DISPLAY.

Svaki put kada pritisnete ovu tipku, prikaz se mijenja da vam pokaže sljedeće informacije : PS IME ￿ RT ￿ CT ￿ Frekvencija

•PS (usluga programa): Tijekom traženja pojavljuje se <PS>, a zatim se prikazuju imena postaja.Ako nema poslanog signala pojavljuje se <NO PS>.

•RT (tekst na radiju) : Tijekom traženja pojavljuje se <RT>, a zatim se prikazuje tekstualna poruka koju šalje postaja. Ako nema poslanog signala, pojavljuje se <NO RT>.

•Frekvancija: frekvencija postaje (nije RDS funkcija)

O znakovima prikazanim na zaslonu

Kada su na zaslonu prikazani PS ili RT signali, rabe se sljedeći znakovi.

•Prozor zaslona ne može razlikovati velika i mala slova te uvijek prikazuje velika slova.

•Prozor zaslona ne može prikazivati znakove s naglascima; na primjer <A,> može važiti za slova <A> s naglascima poput <Á, Â, Ă, Ä i Ĺ.>
