Прежде чем обратиться в сервисный центр, проверьте следующее

Устройство не включается.

•Подключен ли кабель питания к розетке?

¼¼Вставьте вилку сетевого шнура в розетку.

Функция не работает при нажатии кнопки.

•Нет ли присутствия статического электричества?

¼¼Отсоедините вилку сетевого шнура от розетки, и затем вновь вставьте ее в розетку.

Звук не воспроизводится.

•Работает ли функция отключения звука?

•Установлена ли громкость на минимальный диапазон?

¼¼Для отмены функции нажмите кнопку (Отключение звука).

¼¼Отрегулируйте с помощью кнопки Громкость.

Не работает пульт дистанционного управления.

•Не разряжены ли батареи?

•Не слишком ли большое расстояние между пультом дистанционного управления и основным устройством?

¼¼Вставьте новые батарейки.

¼¼Подойдите ближе к основному устройству.

Ошибка функции TV SoundConnect (сопряжение с телевизором).

•Поддерживает ли ваш телевизор режим TV SoundConnect?

•Является ли версия микропрограммы телевизора последней?

•Не возникла ли во время подключения ошибк?

•Произведите сброс режима TV и повторите подключение.

¼¼Функция TV SoundConnect поддерживается некоторыми телевизорами Samsung, выпущенными с 2012 года. Проверьте, поддерживает ли ваш телевизор функцию TV SoundConnect.

¼¼Обновите микропрограмму телевизора до последней версии.

¼¼Обратитесь в операторский центр Samsung. ¼¼Для сброса подключения TV SoundConnect

нажмите и удерживайте кнопку pв течение 5 секунд.

Красный индикатор на сабвуфере мигает, и сабвуфер не издает звук.
