Előkészület a készülék használatához

A kis méretű tartozékokat tartsa gyermekektől elzárt helyen.

-- A készülék meghibásodhat vagy sérülés történhet.

Fejhallgató (fülhallgató) használatakor ne állítsa túl nagyra a hangerőt.

-- A hang, különösen nagy hangerőn hosszú távon káros lehet a hallásra.

A készülék használatához szükséges helyes testtartás

A készülék használata közben az alábbi helyes testtartást vegye fel:

•  Egyenesítse ki a hátát.

•  Hagyjon 45 - 50 cm távolságot a szeme és a képernyő között, kissé lefelé nézzen a képernyőre. Tartsa a szemét közvetlenül a képernyővel szemben.

•  Állítsa be a szöget úgy, hogy a képernyőn ne tükröződjenek külső fények.

•  Tartsa az alkarját a felkarra merőleges szögben, a kézfejével azonos szinten.

•  Tartsa a könyökét derékszöghöz közeli szögben.

•  Állítsa be a készülék magasságát úgy, hogy a térdét legalább 90 fokban behajlítva tarthassa, a sarka érjen le a padlóra, és az alkarja a szíve magassága alatt legyen.
