<Password>-vindu

Vinduet <Password> lar en administrator oppdatere enhetens administratorpassord. Merk at dette påvirker webgrensesnittet og det lokale grensesnittet til <OSD>.

•Man må være forsiktig når man oppdaterer portalens passord, ettersom portalen kan bli ubrukelig hvis man mister passordet.

•Passordet kan også oppdateres ved hjelp av websideadministrasjonsgrensesnittet.

•Enkelte PCoIP-enheter har passordbeskyttelse deaktivert som standard, og dermed er dette <Password>-vinduet ikke tilgjengelig. Passordbeskyttelse kan aktiveres gjennom PCoIP-administrasjonskonsoll.

•<Old Password>

Feltet <Old Password> må matche gjeldende administratorpassord for at endringen skal finne sted.

•<New Password>

Feltet <New Password> blir det nye administratorpassordet for både webgrensesnittet og det lokale grensesnittet for skjermdisplayet.

•<Confirm New Password>

Feltet <Confirm New Password> må matche feltet <New Password> for at endringen skal finne sted.

•<Reset>

Dersom man skulle miste portalpassordet, vil <Reset>-knappen gjøre det mulig for en administrator å be om en svarkode fra sin leverandør. Kontrollkoden kan sendes til leverandøren. Leverandøren vil bekrefte forespørselen og sende tilbake en svarkode, dersom han/hun er autorisert.

Når riktig svarkode er skrevet inn, tilbakestilles portalens passord til en tom streng, og administratoren blir bedt om å skrive inn et nytt passord.

Kontakt portalleverandøren for mer informasjon når det er nødvendig å tilbakestille et passord.
