Skaļuma līmenis ir pārāk zems.

Noregulējiet skaļumu.

Ja pēc maksimālā skaļuma līmeņa ieslēgšanas skaļuma līmenis vēl joprojām ir zems, noregulējiet skaļuma līmeni datora skaņas kartē vai programmatūrā.

Video ir pieejams, bet nav skaņas.

Ja HDMI kabelis ir pievienots, pārbaudiet audio izvades iestatījumus datorā.

Ja tiek izmantota avota ierīce

•• Pārliecinieties, vai audio kabelis ir pareizi pievienots izstrādājuma audio ievades portam.

•• Pārbaudiet avota ierīces audio izvades iestatījumus.

(Piemēram, ja monitoram ir pievienots HDMI kabelis, kabeļtelevīzijas uztvērēja audio iestatījumu, iespējams, arī ir jāmaina uz HDMI.)

Ja tiek izmantots DVI-HDMI kabelis, ir nepieciešams atsevišķs audio kabelis.

Ja izstrādājumam ir austiņu pieslēgvieta, pārliecinieties, vai tai nav pievienota neviena ierīce.

Vēlreiz pievienojiet strāvas kabeli ierīcei un pēc tam atsāknējiet ierīci.

Skaļruņi atskaņo statisku skaņu.

Pārbaudiet kabeļa savienojumu. Pārliecinieties, vai video kabelis nav pievienots audio ievades portam.

Zems signāla līmenis var izraisīt skaņas traucējumus.

 

 

Kad skaļums ir izslēgts, skaņa tomēr ir dzirdama.

Ja funkcijas Speaker Settings iestatījums ir External, skaļuma poga un skaņas izslēgšanas funkcija ir

 

atspējota.

 

Pielāgojiet ārējo skaļruņu skaļumu.

 

 

 

Galveno skaļruņu audio iestatījumi atšķiras no izstrādājuma iekšējiem skaļruņu iestatījumiem.

 

Skaļuma maiņa vai skaņas izslēgšana izstrādājumā neietekmē ārējo pastiprinātāju (dekoderi).

 

 

Skaļruņi atskaņo atbalsi.

Atšķirīgi atkodēšanas ātrumi starp izstrādājuma skaļruņiem un ārējiem skaļruņiem var radīt atbalsi.

 

Šādā gadījumā iestatiet funkciju Speaker Settings uz External.
