Enne teenindusse pöördumist kontrollige järgmist. Võtke teeninduskeskusega ühendust siis, kui te ei suuda tekkinud probleeme ise lahendada.

Enesetesti funktsiooni kontroll

1.Lülitage arvuti ja LCD-kuvar välja.

2.Eemaldage videokaabel arvuti tagaküljelt.

3.Lülitage LCD-kuvar sisse.

Kui LCD-kuvar töötab õigesti, aga videosignaali ei leita, kuvatakse mustal taustal järg- mine pilt ("Check Signal Cable"): Enesetestirežiimis püsib LED-toiteindikaator rohelisena ning ekraanil liigub kujutis.

4.Lülitage LCD-kuvar välja ja ühendage videokaabel uuesti; seejärel lülitage nii arvuti kui LCD-kuvar sisse.

Kui ka pärast seda toimingut jääb LCD-kuvari ekraan pimedaks, siis kontrollige oma video- kontrollerit ja arvutisüsteemi, sest viga ei ole LCD-kuvaris.

Hoiatused

Te saate ekraani kasutada ka eraldusvõimega 1920 x 1080. Siiski kuvatakse varsti järgmine teade. Teil on võimalik muuta ekraani eraldusvõimet või jääda olemasoleva režiimi juurde. Kui eraldusvõime on üle 85 Hz, näete te musta ekraani, sest LCD-monitor ei toeta suuremat eraldusvõimet kui 85 Hz.

Hooldus ja puhastamine

Puhastage pehme lapiga pärast voolujuhtme lahtiühendamist.
