Khi Source AutoSwitch đang On, nguôn video hiển thi trên màn hình sẽ tư động được tìm kiếm để tìm ra video hoạt động.

Lựa chọn Primary Source sẽ̃ đượ̣c kí́ch hoạ̣t nế́u nguồn video hiệ̣n tạ̣i không đượ̣c nhậ̣n dạ̣ng. Lựa chọn Secondary Source sẽ̃ đượ̣c kí́ch hoạ̣t, nế́u không có́ nguồn video sơ cấ́p nà̀o hoạ̣t độ̣ng.

Nế́u hệ̣ thố́ng không nhậ̣n dạ̣ng cả̉ nguồn tí́n hiệ̣u đầ̀u và̀o sơ cấ́p và̀ thứ́ cấ́p, mà̀n hì̀nh sẽ̃ tiế́n hà̀nh hai lượ̣t tì̀m kiế́m để̉ tì̀m nguồn tí́n hiệ̣u hoạ̣t độ̣ng, mỗ̃i lượ̣t tì̀m kiế́m sẽ̃ kiể̉m tra nguồn tí́n hiệ̣u sơ cấ́p trước rồi chuyể̉n sang nguồn tí́n hiệ̣u thứ́ cấ́p. Nế́u cả̉ hai lượ̣t tì̀m kiế́m đề̀u thấ́t bạ̣i, mà̀n hì̀nh sẽ̃ trở̉ lạ̣i nguồn tí́n hiệ̣u video đầ̀u tiên và̀ hiể̉n thị thông điệ̣p cho biế́t không có́ tí́n hiệ̣u.

Khi lựa chọn Primary Source đượ̣c cà̀i đặ̣t thành All, mà̀n hì̀nh sẽ̃ lầ̀n lượ̣t tì̀m kiế́m tấ́t cả̉ cá́c tí́n hiệ̣u đầ̀u và̀o video hai lầ̀n để̉ tì̀m nguồn video hoạ̣t độ̣ng, và̀ trở̉ lạ̣i nguồn video đầ̀u tiên trong dãy thứ́ tự nế́u như không tì̀m thấ́y nguồn video nà̀o.
