Enne tehnilise toe teenindusse helistamist

zEkraani pööramise võimaldamiseks kasutab MagicRotationi tarkvara installitud "kuvadraiverit", mida pakub teie graafikakaardi tootja. Kui installitud "kuvadraiver" ei tööta korralikult või selles on vead, siis MagicRotationi tarkvara installimisel need vead ei kao.

Ükski installitud "kuvadraiveri" probleemidest tingitud vigane/vale toiming ei ole põhjustatud MagicRotationi tarkvara poolt.

Et välja selgitada, kas probleem on seotud installitud "kuvadraiveriga" toimige järgmiselt:

1.Kontrollige, kas probleem esineb mõlema, nii 0-suuna (horisontaalpaigutusrežiimi), kui ka 90- suuna (vertikaalpaigutusrežiimi) puhul.

2.Kontrollige, kas probleem esineb erinevate värvussügavuste puhul (8/16/32 bitti piksli kohta) ja erinevate eraldusvõimerežiimide puhul (800 x 600, 1024 x 768).

3.Kontrollige, kas probleem esineb ka siis, kui MagicPointi tarkvara pole installitud.

Kui probleem esinev korduvalt ühe või kõigi eelmainitud võimaluste puhul, võib tegu olla installitud "kuvadraiveri" probleemiga.

Probleemi lahendamiseks toimige järgmiselt:

1.Desinstallige MagicRotationi tarkvara.

2.Hankige oma graafikakaardi tootjalt värskeim "kuvadraiveri" versioon.

Värskeimad "kuvadraiveri" versioonid on lihtsalt allalaaditavad ATI, NVIDIA, MATROX'i, INTEL'i, jt vastavatelt veebisaitidelt.

3.Installige "kuvadraiveri" värskeim versioon.

4.Installige MagicRotationi tarkvara. Enamikel juhtudel lahendab see probleemi.

zMagicRotation ei pruugi tööle hakata, kui olete vahetanud monitori või uuendanud draiverit või graafikakaarti MagicRotationiga töötamise ajal.

Sellisel juhul peate süsteemi restartima.
