zLe logiciel MagicRotation fonctionne en combinaison avec le pilote d'affichage fourni par le fabricant de votre carte graphique de manière à offrir des fonctionnalités de rotation de l'récran. Si le pilote d'affichage installé fonctionne de manière incorrecte ou contient des bogues, ses problèmes subsisteront après l'installation du logiciel MagicRotation.

Tout comportement incorrect/aléatoire résultant de problèmes du pilote d'affichage installé n'a aucun rapport avec le logiciel MagicRotation.

Pour vérifier si un problème est dû au pilote d'affichage installé, vous pouvez utiliser la procédure de diagnostic suivante :

1.Vérifiez si le problème survient à la fois en orientation 0 degrés (paysage) et en orientation 90 degrés (portrait).

2.Vérifiez si le problème survient avec différents modes de couleur (8/16/32 bits par pixel) et en différentes résolutions (800 x 600, 1024 x 768).

3.Vérifiez si le problème se produit alors que le logiciel MagicRotation n'est pas installé.

Si le problème persiste dans l'une des situations ci-dessus, il peut être dû au pilote d'affichage installé.

Pour le résoudre, procédez comme suit :

1.Désinstallez le logiciel MagicRotation.

2.Procurez-vous la version la plus récente du pilote d'affichage auprès du constructeur de votre carte graphique.

Vous devriez trouver aisément la version la plus récente de ce pilote sur le site Web du constructeur (ATI, NVIDIA, MATROX, INTEL, etc.).

3.Installez la version la plus récente du pilote d'affichage.

4.Installez le logiciel MagicRotation. Dans la plupart des cas, cette procédure devrait permettre de résoudre le problème.

zIl peut arriver que MagicRotation ne fonctionne pas après le remplacement du moniteur ou si le pilote la carte graphique est mis à jour alors que MagicRotatione fonctionne. Dans ce cas, redémarrez le système.
