zPakreipkite monitorių 10 ~ 20 laipsnių į viršų. Sureguliuokite monitoriaus aukštį taip, kad jo viršus būtų šiek tiek žemiau akių lygio.

zSureguliuokite monitoriaus posvyrio kampą taip, kad ant ekrano nebūtų šviesos atspindžių.

zStenkitės laikyti rankas sulenktas statmenai. Plaštakas laikykite taip, kad jų viršus būtų tame pačiame lygyje kaip ir dilbis.

zAlkūnes laikykite sulenkę statmenai.

zKelius laikykite sulenkę didesniu nei 90 laipsnių kampu. Pėdas laikykite ant grindų. Rankas laikykite žemiau širdies lygio.
