zSäädä monitorin kulmaa siten, että valo ei heijastu näytöstä.

zYritä pitää kätesi kohtisuorassa kainaloihisi nähden. Pidä käsivarret ja kädet vaakasuorassa.

zPidä kyynärpään kulma kohtisuorassa.

zPidä polvet yli 90 asteen kulmassa. Älä istu siten, että jalkasi ovat irti maasta. Pidä kädet siten, että ne ovat sydämen alapuolella.
