A:Genstart computeren efter installation af programmet første gang. Hvis der allerede er installeret en kopi af programmet, skal du fjerne det, genstarte computeren, og herefter installere program- met igen. Du skal genstarte computeren, for at den skal fungere normalt, når du har installeret eller fjernet et program.

Kontroller følgende punkter, hvis der er problemer med skærmen.

Kontroller, om strømkablet og videokablet er tilsluttet korrekt til computeren.

Kontroller, om computeren bipper mere end tre gange ved start.

(Hvis den gør det, er det nødvendigt med service på computerens motherboard.)

Hvis du installerede et nyt videokort, eller hvis du samlede pc'en, skal du kontrollere den installerede videokortdriver og skærmdriver.

Kontroller om scanningsfrekvensen for videoskærmen er indstillet til mellem 56 Hz ~ 75 Hz.

(Overskrid ikke 75 Hz, når du anvender den maksimale opløsning.)

Hvis du har problemer med at installere driveren til videokortet, skal du starte computeren i Fejlsikret tilstand, fjerne videokortet i "Control Panel" (Kontrolpanel) → "System" (System) → "Device Ad- ministrator" og derefter genstarte computeren for at geninstallere driveren til videokortet.
