3.Ha a kiszolgálón több hálózati kártya is van, akkor a Network Device (Hálózati eszköz) mezĘben válasszon egyet ezek közül.

4.Ügyeljen arra, hogyha a kiszolgáló és a monitor ugyanahhoz a hálózathoz van csatlakoztatva, akkor a Network Connection (Hálózati kapcsolat) elem Value (Érték) mezĘjében az „Automatic connection using server nameˉG(Autom.kapcs. szervernév használatával) kapcsolódási mód legyen kiválasztva. A monitor beállításakor ugyanezeket a beállításokat adja meg.

5.Ügyeljen arra, hogyha a kiszolgáló és a monitor különbözĘ hálózathoz van csatlakoztatva, akkor a Network Connection (Hálózati kapcsolat) elem Value (Érték) mezĘjében az Direct connection using IP addressˉG(Közvetlen kapcsolat IP-cím használatával) kapcsolódási mód legyen kiválasztva. A monitor beállításakor ugyanezeket a beállításokat adja meg.

Ilyenkor annak a kiszolgálónak, amelyhez a monitort csatlakoztatni kívánja, nyilvános IP- címmel kell rendelkeznie. A monitor beállításakor ezt az IP-címet adja meg Server IP (Szerver IP) elemnél.

Ha a kiszolgálón tĦzfal is mĦködik, vegye föl a monitor IP-címét a tĦzfal kivételeket tartalmazó listájára.
