If the TV seems to have a problem, first try finding the solution in this Troubleshooting List. If none of these troubleshooting tips apply, call your nearest Samsung Service Center or 1-800-SAMSUNG.

•Press the [SOURCE] button to select <TV>.

•Change the channel with the Cable or Satellite receiver remote control.

Press the [SOURCE] button and check if the input source is shaded in gray. If this is the case, you cannot select a channel through that input source. Check the connection of that source to the TV.

Check if [MENU] is shaded in gray. [MENU] cannot be selected if this is the case.
